I Need Help losing weight!!!?

okay I'm 14 year old girl and I'm 5'9" and i weigh about 200 lbs.which is 60 lbs heavier than i WANNA be! Which I am aware is crazy for me to be this overweight! I eat when I'm stressed and I've been so stressed since i moved I've put on 40 lbs in the past year and only grown 2 inches, and i want to lose weight before High school starts! I've tried all natural diet pills and none worked. I am currently just cutting calories but my mother is SUCH an enabler! I eat as healthy as i can, I'm currently on Slimfast but its not really helping that much and i have NO way to run or go to the gym because of the town i live the best i can do is run around the apartments once in the morning before all the Sickos wake up and we don't have a gym anywhere close so i need help! dose anyone have ANY ideas, Diet pills? Diets? anything? cause i am so ready to just start throwing up its not even funny! my friends talked me out of it a few months ago and I KNOW its not healthy but I see no other way!


Answers:

there is always another way than throwing up. I am 16 and weight is constly on my mind so i no how you feel. Excises everyday for at lest 30 minuets and force yourself to do it. there will be days when you wont want to at the start but after it you will feel great. 2nd get ride of chips and bis cuts and all that crap in your house if its not there you can't eat it. Don't eat 2 hours before bed this will help you sleep better and reduce thoughts empty calories. Fruits veg's whole grains all of these fill you cubed with. And commitment to it if you really wanna lose weight commit to it. I hope this helps but please don't throw up its defiantly not the way to go in the long run the fat will just come back.
