Question: I need to lose 50 pounds by august and its may!?
I need to lose weight before august before cheerleading tryouts!. I really want to make it but i want to be skinny!. Can someone PLEASE help me!. I need it!. I will be truly grateful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Skinniness isn't all that counts when you're going out with poms!. And 50 pounds in less than 3 months is seriously dangerous!. However, I think you should try your best to be in shape, which does count if you're going to do high kicks!. It's not so bad on the bottom of the pyramid!. ;)

First, you should start a new diet!. Use calorie-count!.com to find out the best foods for you!. Be aware of portion sizes!. A serving of rice or pasta is about the size of half a tennis ball!. A medium sized fruit is about the size of a tennis ball!. A serving of meat is about the size of a deck of cards!.

Try to keep your calories between 1600-1800 a day!. If you're shorter than 5'5", I'd take it to 1500-1700 a day!.

If you mess up and have pizza or ice cream or something, don't freak!. Just go to the next meal like you never even erred!.

Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day!. Eliminate sugars and sodas!. If you feel hungry too soon, try drinking some water and waiting a little longer!. It's okay to snack between meals if it's healthy!. A handful of nuts or a piece of fruit is optimal!.

For excersize, try buying a high impact workout dance video that'll get you sweating in no time!. Try working out at least 5 days a week!.

I would love to be able to drop 50 pounds in that short of a time frame, however not is it only unhealthy it is generally not doable without some serious help such as a team consisting of a nutritionist, personal trainer and doctor (think "Biggest Loser" style)!. If you make a complete lifestyle change, meaning you exercise everyday and eat healthy (backing away from snacking and watching your caloric intake) it is healthy and doable to loose 1-2 pounds a week!. If you were to do that, thinking you have between 8 and 12 weeks you could potentially loose 8-24 pounds!. your best bet is to excersize your *** off!.!.!. and eat right!. thats about all you can do!. if you take weight loss drugs, your going to lose a lot of weight, but most of it is going to be muscle tissue and you wont look much different, plus for cheerleading your going to need a lot of muscle!. try cardio and strenght work outs!. join a gym and go every day!. and eat a large breakfast, it will speed up your matabolismWww@Answer-Health@Com

50 pounds is not imposbile, but you will have to start running and drop all junk food now!. If you wait any longer than yes, its imposbile!. I would even say that 50 pounds that fast is too much, but if you put yourself on a good healthy diet and ran daily, you CAN do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can still eat carbs BUT make sure they are whole grain ( not whole wheat but whole grain! ) u can even buy whole grain pasta

eat lots of small meals throughout the day it keeps your metabolism going strong
