Anyone knows of any home exercises I can do without any equipments and weights? I have 30 minutes everyday to do them. I was told static hoe. What other?

Theres plenty of exercises to do with no equipment, actually the new thing nowadays is bodyweight exercises, thats the good stuff thats gonna tear you down and build you up, do things like the forementioned said, just A LOT of them, like 300 squats. lunges are another great leg exercise, push are the boss exercise, you just gotta switch it up when you do them. vary your arm width, put your legs on a chair. if you can find a step in your house you can do calf raises off it, theres so much man. good luck.
