How do you build up cardiovasular strength?!
Question: How do you build up cardiovasular strength!?
I want to be able to run a mile without stopping and walking all of the time because of my heart!. My legs are strong and they don't get tired its just hard to breathe when i run a lot!. How can i change that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way to develop cardiovascular conditioning is to train!.
You should be doing something aerobic for at least 15 to 20 minutes!.
If you do this 3 to 5 times each week you will see an improvement in a month or so!.
Exercise will help develop your lung capacity and the ability to up take oxygen!.
When you are running, just run easy, if you need to walk then walk until you feel like running again!. If you continue this type of exercise you will be able to run the entire mile very soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
