I've lost 53 pounds since January!. When I delivered my daughter--pictured with me-- I weighed 308 pounds (I've lost 83 pounds since I've had her!. But started an official "lifestyle change" at the beginning of January!. What do you think!? If you'd like to know how I did this (No, I didn't have gastric bypass, and I don't starve to lose weight!.
