Abs after run?!
Question: Abs after run!?
I run everyday , and i do a short ab workout for like only 15 minutes right after my run!.
Its come to my attention that some people say i should do it every 2 days!. Now i've heard that this is a good idea but the fact that it's only a 15 minute workout and not a total workout made me think I should do it everyday!.

if you're not stressed, why nor continue what you're doing!?!.!.!.!.!. still, the two day interval is better!.!.!. it gets your muscles relaxed for being compressed!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
