I went to my diet doctor (i am underweight) and she says that coffee, due to the caffeine , will not allow the calories that you do need to be absorbed into your body!.!.!.so I wouldn't worry about it unless you are using a ton of sugar!.!.!.you could even use stuff that isn't non-fat in it!.!.!.coffee kills calories pretty much!.!.!.sucks for me cuz I am underweight and a coffee freak!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know over drinking coffee 4 cups a day it's not good for you they're said that the word over is not good for you and your health!.

I may suggest that change your drinking coffee habit such as one coffee per day and of course coffee cannot make you lose weight you just thinking it works for you!.

over drinking coffee may arise your nervousness, trembling of your hands and feet, addictableWww@Answer-Health@Com

Caffeine elevates stress hormones!. People tend to eat when feeling stressed and this thwarts their diet goals!.
Caffeine triggers hypoglycemia and increases appetite!. Weight loss diets are designed to achieve stable blood sugar without insulin spikes!. Caffeine raises blood sugar, which can result in subsequent low blood sugar that drives people to eat high fat, refined carbohydrate foods to get a quick energy boost!.
Caffeine aggravates Insulin Resistance Syndrome!. Obesity, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and cellular insensitivity to insulin are part of a syndrome that can lead to the development of Type 2 diabetes!. Caffeine contributes to insulin resistance and impairs glucose tolerance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Four cups of coffee is no good for your body!. Let me ask you this, do you work out!? A cup of coffee after a workout isn't that bad, the caffine in that particular case is actually pretty okay for you!. Maybe a better alternative to coffee is sugar free gum!. It will make you want to snack less and is better for you than coffee would be!.

Just because something helped you lose weight does not make it good for you!. People throw up and starve themselves and that helps them lose weight, too, ya know!?

I would not suggest drinking too much coffee!. The fat free creamer isn't really the issue here, but the crazy ammount of caffine is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Coffee has caffeine in it which is a hunger suppressant anyway!. Stay away from the creme though and just use artificial sweetner!.Also, drink LOTS of water, that helps you feel full and flushes out all the toxins in ya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, too much of anything is not good, stay away from coffee if possible, drink water instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
