Question: Eat before sleep, weight gain!?
Hey Guys, i really need to gain 25-30lbs by November 2008!. I heard that eating then going to sleep let one increases in weight, is that true!? How long will i have to keeping eating and sleep before i add 25-30lbs!? Thanks, Best Answer 10 point!!! Tommowrow, May 17!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

idk how long itll take but yes that is technically true!. if you eat a bunch of carbs before you sleep, then those carbs dont get used as energy and turn into fat, therefore resulting in you gaining weight!. but of course it is fat that you're going to be gaining so thats something to consider but yes you can gain weight that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

It takes 3500 extra calories to gain weight, so you're metabolism and how active youve been during theday or before you eat affect the amount of calories leftover!.- even just eating food burns calories- say you eat an apple!.!.!.it takes more calories to digest it and get it through your body than the amount of calories it actually has in it (technically) !. - now say you eat butter- it does not take many calories to digest it into your body, so you have extra calories from that food!.

My advice to fast weight gain (fat gain, right!?) is eating fatty foods like butter, ice cream, creams, milks, bakery goods, you know!.!.!.fatty foods, fast food!.

1 funny food to make that can have a lottt of calories is a microwave pancake- Get a pancake mix or flour, sugar, full fat milk, butter, and whatever else fattening you like, mix it in a cup or big bowl and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on the density you'd like it to be!. splurge on the maple syrup!. just a suggestion haha :)

THE ELVIS: Elvis invented this sandwhich, and sounds like the most unusual food ever, but has over 1000 calories, and ALOT of fat, sugar, and carbs: 1 large loaf hoagie, 1 jar peanut butter, 1 jar jelly, 1 pack of fried bacon!. put togeter and eat!. ive never had one, and dont need one, but ive heard its a really oddly yummy sandwhich that makes you gain weight like crazyyy!. Bacon is REALLY fatty and peanut butter has a lot of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should not eat before bed or your going to get fat unless it stuff that is low in carbs, sugar, fat, sodium, and calories, but protein is good before bed because your muscle use protein while you sleep!. try more calorie intake but eat very clean and dont be afraid to get some good carbs like oatmeal for energy but you should still workout!. remember if you eat more calories than you burn you will gain and if you train it will be muscle and not fat but eat cleanWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have heard it does, and that it doesn't!. I really depends on who you ask!. In order to gain alot of weight by November, there are much more effective ways to do that outside of the the scedule in which you are eating!. Eat ALOT of protien, along with dairy!. Take supplements!. There is alot of information out there on weight gain!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
