You can't without being in danger of seriously damaging your health!. Don't starve yourself or you will pass out, don't make yourself sick as that will just damage your stomach and don't pop any pills to make you excrete quickly as this will over time make your bowels lazy so you lose the sensation of wanting to go to the loo and it will just happen when you least expect it!. And you don't want that to happen do you!?

Be sensible and if you're serious about losing weight you need to exercise more and eat less fatty and sugary things!. Cut out snacks and stodge like crisps, chips, chocolate and pies and you should start to lose weight!.

Don't whatever you do starve yourself or any other of the above!. You're just asking for trouble that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is no way besides starving yourself, but it will only make you sick!. Just do it the right way, and over a period of time!. Don't lose weight for an event!. I'd go for a good pair of weight reducing knickers, ( they look like cycling shorts) they can make you look like you have lost pounds instantly!.
You can buy them almost anywhere these days!.
They don't look like the most attractive things in the world, but they do the job!.
Also make sure you wear a bra that is the right size as this makes you look slimmer!.

All you can lose in 2 days is water really!. Unfortunatley, whilst there are options such as the 'cabbage soup' diet your best bet is a 'detox' diet which mostly consist of fruit and plenty of water!.
