Yes!. First, i suggest that every night you have a ruteen!. For instance, every night before you go to bed, get yourself in the habbit of doing situps, push-ups, etc!. During the day limit yourself to sertain foods, making sure they are only the best for you!. Look at the ingredients and check the calories and grams of fat!.
Also, if you have a carb always pair it with a protien!. when u do this it makes the food go through ur body faster and burns it easier!. Along with eating, you have to burn more than you eat!. if you don't burn as much as you eat, it's impossible to lose weight!.

shoot im 5'9 and want to get down to 170! lol!. I have lost 11 pounds in a month by eating lots of whole grain foods, veggies and lots of fiber(because it keeps you full) stay away from enriched flour or pasta,sugar, saturated fat and high fructose corn syrup filled products!. and do about 45 minutes of cardio a day!. it works i swear!
