Question: DO I EAT ENOUGH FOR A TEEN!? thanks!?
breakfast: large blueberry muffin+tea
lunch [at school]: a turkey sandwich, about five cookies, a bag of chips, snapple
lunch [at home]: progresso soup
dinner: usually rice or noodles with meat or veggies
a bowl of watermelon
bedtime: a donut+milk

do i eat enough or is it too unhealthy!? i dont usually care because im really thin naturally and actually want to gain weight!.!.but nothing works lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

You do eat enough!. The only problem I see is that, almost everything you are eating is high in carbs and low in protein!. That's OK for now, but unfortunately your metabolism will realize that you are not using these carbs and will begin storing them as fat!. I'm under no circumstances telling you to cut down eating!. But, you may want to consider what you eat!. It may come back to haunt you somewhere down the line!. Try eating more fish or nuts!. This will help you keep muscle!. u are eating enough in quantity bu t i would say it is not so healthy
do u eat like this every day!?!?
muffin and cookies are sweet so don't eat them every day
not because u r fat but it is really bad for health
also why don't u drink milk!?!?
it's necessary for growth!!!
also better don't eat before bed
it's bad for your digestive system
eat snacks in between meals instead
umm!.!.!.ya!.!.don't eat chips every day too

the cookies is a bit much
and personally id replace the bedtime snack,
or not even have one because its not good to eat right before bed!.
if i were you and wanted to gain weight, i'd definetely intake more protein!.
like edamame!.
it's delicious and contains tons of soy protein!. easy to take in lunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
