Wieght gaining..?
I'm really skinny. I'm 13 going 14 and I'm somewhere around 80-84 pounds. I was wondering how to gain weight. I want to get up to like 90-95 pounds, so you can't see my ribs like sticking out. Any tips? And I find it REALLY hard to gain weight, I've gone to McDonalds and other fatty food places almost everyday for the past 2 years for lunch, since my school's right beside them, and it hasn't helped me gain.

(keep in mind you are burning calories when your exercising though!- eat extra to compensate)
bring snacks with you everywhere- to shcool and anywhere youll be doing something that involves your attention for long periods of time
eat foods like peanut butter and dense whole grain bread and choose dry fruit and starchy vegetables
