Question: How about vitamins while doing dieting!?
hi i heard we miss lot of vitamins while doing dieting!.can any one please suggest a good diet to lose weight and also get good vitamins to the body!.my hair is lost due to dieting and also my face looks pale and i find wheatish spots on my face!.help me pls pls plsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stop your diet!. Seriously, your health issues are most likely a direct result of the body not getting what it needs to properly function!. Chances are, in relation to hair loss and spots, you're not getting enough zinc in your diet!.
Limit animal proteins, and high-fat foods!. Turn more towards eating veggies, and limited fruits!. Maintain decent amount of carbs in your diet!.
If you're looking for a multi-vitamin look at stores such as "Sprouts" and "Trader Joes" might have something decent!. Vitamins/minerals sold at most major grocery chains are junk chemicals that are cheap to make!. Example: if vitamin lists Vitamin E as "dl-alpha" don't get it, look for "d-alpha!." If the actual sources of the vitamins/minerals are not listed!.!.!.don't get it!.
The link here lists some vitamins, and the foods they can be found in!. But, minerals are vitally important as well to a healthy body!.
Diets can at times wreck havoc on the body and its functions!. In some cases it may be detoxing -- but I don't know what you're eating so its hard to decide!. But from your listed examples!.!.!.you're definitely not getting something!.
