How long should I wait after eating before I go exercise?

I exercise 5 days a week, for an hour and a half everyday. The minimum time for recovery is 45 mins. if you ate a full meal according to a balanced diet. If you just eat like a piece of fruit or energy bar you can exercise your heart out right after. BUT if you plan on swimming for exercise, you should wait an hour. Hope this helps.
