Question: I want to gain weight!!?
Can you all please give me some advice to gain weight!? I am 5 ft 4 or 5 and weigh 111lbs!. I was 106 but being on the shot gave me a few pounds!. I want to be about 130lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

well!. there really isn't a healthy way to gain weight besides eating a lot of carbs and healthy calories and not burn them off!.!.!.!. i am not really sure!.!.!. just don't eat a whole bunch of junk food because you will probably regret it later!Www@Answer-Health@Com
