I don't understand why I'm not losing weight!?!


Question: I don't understand why I'm not losing weight!!?
So, I cut out basically all bread from my diet!.
I cut out bread, pasta, rice, etc!.
I only eat chicken, veggies, fruit, Cheerios (for breakfast only) and thats basically about it!. I drink a lot of water and exercise reguraly (I went on a 20-27min jog today in the morning, I went swimming for a half an hour, and I ended my day with pilates!.) And I still don't lose weight!. Why!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body needs those carbs to fuel the energy you're burning off!. Cutting them out doesn't help you one bit!. Consider adding more protein to your diet and have small amounts of carbs while you're at it!. It is also possible you are consuming far too little calories for your metabolism to efficiently drop the weight!. Your body might be in starvation mode rather than fat burning mode!.

Fix your method a little and you should start seeing weight drop off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing what you say--exercise and 1,500 calories daily--it is impossible NOT to lose weight

Doesnt look like your eating enough calories but your didnt really give enough information!. Plus your body is to used to your work out more than likely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
