Question: Help!! i need to loose couple pounds!?
Okay!. I am 5 foot 7 and a half inches tall!. I weight 138 pounds!.
I have some cubbiness around my belly that i cant get rid of!.!.!.!.!. I excersize alot!. I ride horses for atleast a hour every day, and then i usually ride my bike for a 20 minutes!. How can i loose about 10 - 15 pounds
P!.S - im not in a huge hurry, but i need to loose the weight before september

Well first I would drink loads of water because it can actually increase your matabolism!. I joined the track team last season and lost 15 pounds HARDLY making it through the practices, so my best suggestion is to run a whole lot!. It'll hurt, but if you continue to do it it'll get better!.!.(it'll always be a workout though)
just remember, when you stop running, it hurts a whole lot more than if you continue!. You might want to also try these things called ab ups for your stomach, you lie on your stomach, and lift yourself up with your elbows remaining on the ground and your toes pointed to the ground (like a push up) and hold it for a 30 sec!., then a min!. another day, until you build up to two minutes!. Do it everyday and it'll help!. As far as eating goes, I pretty much ate whatever I wanted, but I portioned my meals!.!.and I cut out fast food (that'll kill you)!. With all the above, it should take you about three-four weeks to lose a reasonable amount of weight!. It worked for me :)

If you aren't in a hurry then try a 1,300-1,500 calorie diet consisting of raw(or steamed) veggies, fruits, proteins, lean meats, no sugars besides a treat here and there, tons of water, and just basic healthy items!.
Drop the 20 minute bike and make it a 20 minute walk!. This is because while biking you are usually gliding rather then pedaling the whole entire time, but with walking it's you doing all the work!.!.!.and it just burns more calories!. And gradually up the 20 minute walk 10 minutes every week until you last an hour or so!. I found that cardio really, really helps to rid my stomach fat! I tried to tone it forever and never did cardio until recently, and i am so glad i do it know!
If you have until september to lose 15 pounds you can so do it !
Good luck and just be healthy, treat yourself to a "Cheat Day" meal or snack once every couple of weeks, drink water, and keep up on exercise and you can go above and beyong 15 pounds by september!

I found this on this website!. There are more tips and info!.

1!. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure!.

2!. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program!.

3!. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily!.

4!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5!. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6!. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7!. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8!. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9!. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10!. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11!. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

12!. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

try to eat 1028 calories a day
eat mainly whole grains, greens, proteins, fruits, and drink lots of water!.
also run daily i did this and lost 12 lbs in 2 months !
and try some cardio workouts as well
