Have more protein because if you ate carbs then by the time you go to bed it'll store as fat instead of being used!. Protein will give energy to function while your sleeping and it'll lose fat instead of storing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nutritional requirements obviously will vary from person to person, but you are supposed to fill half of your plate with fruits and veggies, one quarter with meat (protein), and one quarter with grains (carbs)!. Essentially you should consume the same amount of protein and carbs at dinner!. Just be sure to load up on those veggies!Www@Answer-Health@Com
