Question: I leg press 150 pounds, is that a lot for a female or not!?

You don't give us your size, so we don't know, really!. If you're challenging yourself, able to do 8-12 reps but no more, then it's great!

That said, though, when I used to work weight, I leg-pressed 350--more than the gym's body builders!. I doubt I could do it now, but it made a wonderful little story!. The top-dog body builder demanded to know who'd set the weight so high!. Nobody here could press that many plates! Were the other guys trying to mess with him or what!? All the guys started laughing, which made him really angry!. His face was practically purple when he again demanded to know who'd done it!. I raised my hand!. He called me a liar, so I got off the machine I was on and did another set of 12, then left to applause!.

leg pressing is pretty easy!. It's not like lifting weights with your arms!. Look how much bigger your legs are! their muscles are much bigger, and naturally stronger since you walk around with them all day!.
I dont know how much you weigh, so I dont know if 150 is good for you or not, but I think it should be!. If you weigh around 115 or so 150-200 should be fine!. Dont exert yourself just make it enough weight so that you feel it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
