How can I get abs for the summer?!


Question: How can I get abs for the summer!?
I'm 5'10 and weigh 115!. (Now don't start saying I need to gain weight because I'm just naturally very skinny)!.

You can understand that I would like to get some muscle and look toned instead of looking like a twig!.

Is there some workout plan I can follow to get abs!? I never know how many crunches I should do!. I would also really like to get more muscular arms and legs too!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically, what you need to do is hit the gym!. If you want to be more muscular all around, lifting weights is the best option!.

For abs, I suggest doing a routine that hits both your abdominals and your obliques!. You need to do 15 minutes non-stop at the max!. Many people make the mistake of overtraining thier abdominals!. Truth is, they get pretty tired after fifteen straight minutes of work, and anything you do beyond that won't really do much!.

Also, it doesn't sound to me like you have much fat on your stomach, but cardio is important reguardless when you're trying to bring out abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
