How good is my workout routine.?
i'm 15 yr old male. I got a weight set and started building up. I'm not one of these super bodybuilders, remember =)
(all workouts 3x10 at max weight)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Flat Bench Press
upright rows
bent over rows
bicep curls
tricep kickbacks
forearms
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Squats
standing calf raises
deadlifts
crunches
leg raises.
sunday- rest.
1 week ago
(cardio every day)
Answers:
sounds good..I might suggest adding some cardio to it.
