What should i do about her?!

Question: What should i do about her!?
Okay, so I have this best friend!.!. and she is ALWAYS concerned about the way she looks, and if she looks skinny or fat!.!. and i just think it's gotten to be too much!. She's SO small even my parents are starting to say stuff about her to me! She's 4'10", 14 years old, and only weighs 81 pounds!. It's really scaring me!. She is always comparing herself to people, and always has to ask me before she buys something if she looks "too fat" in it!. This is even scarier!.!.!. she shares clothes with her 9 year old sister! She also barely ever eats!. At lunch at school, if she even gets ANYTHING to eat, it's like a granola bar or something, and then she tells me that she barely ever eats at home either!. So please help me and tell me what i should tell her!. I have tried so many times to talk to her about it and see what's going on but she either ignores it or she says "i'm prefectly normal!!!!" and then it's over with!. PLEASE HELP ME!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like your friend has or is on her way to an eating disorder!. FIrst, I'd read a bit about them, it'll help you understand your friend!. When you try to talk to her, be cautious and not pushy, try to understand what she's going through!. DO NOT just blow her off and say "JUst eat!" it's not that simple!. She needs help, get a parent or teacher to talk to her before things get worseWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like she has a problem!. Have you maybe talked to her parents to see if they have noticed or if they can get her help before this really gets too serious!. Also, let her know you are there for her no matter what and that you really are concerned about her!. She may not realize that what she is doing could really hurt her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, tell her you're really concerned about her, and basically beg her to eat!? I don't know, sounds difficult!. She is very small, but maybe her parents are small, or something!?
she sounds very self conscious, tell her she looks great and maybe she will stop caring as much!. I don't know, this sounds hard!.
Reccommend food like protein - good for growth!!
Oh good luck mate!. =] xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, unfortunately she will not listen to you!. I think maybe you need to tell her parents, or a school official!. She obviously needs help and you are a good friend in staying by her side and not condoning her behaviors!.

The best thing you can do is make adults aware of her situation and your concerns and do this anonymously!. You can make sure they leave your name out of it!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard!. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural)!. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too!. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills!. Check their website at
http://www!.fit-quick-thin!.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4!.95 shipping and handling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to help her is to voice your opinion to ehr or to someone you know that can help!. It looks as if she has an eating disorder!. They usually start by over assessing yourself!. If she keeps going this way she could end up in a hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG! She is tiny! And I can only imagin how skinny she is! I don't even know what to tell you! Maybe you should!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I just don't know what to say!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Looks like the begining of anorexia!.!.!.!.!.!.yep thats how it all starts! you need to tell her parentsWww@Answer-Health@Com

to make a fat kid lose weight, u tell them they're fat nad make fun of them!. Then they have that feeling of suicide, but don't go through with it, so they start dieting!. Diet fails, like comes back to as it was!. Moral of story!. Tell her she's a skinny freak!. Laugh at her for being so skinny!. Naturally, her brain will realize that something is wrong with her!. Then she will try to fit in!. She thinks she's normal, let her know she's not!. Stop being so protective ppl! let her know the truth!

EDIT: Don't tell her she has a eating disorder!. We are not who we are!. We are what people say we are!. You tell her that she has a eating disorder, and she will self-realize that is who she is!. Letting her know she's a skinny freak will do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
