ok well i am 14 and i weigh 170 ask me thats a lot for a young kid i am wanting to start loseing it all hardly ever get any girlfriends and i am scared to take off my shirt i wanna lose weigh so i now how to eat healthy but what exceries can i do at home i just started today doing 50 sit ups a 50 push ups i would love to start running but i have sever ashma and it hurts wene i run so maybe wene i get to a lower weigh it will change.please help.thanks.shelby

Dude, it does not matter how fast you move around. To lose weight, you certainly have to move around, but slow down. Since you have breathing problems, you have to exercise accordingly. My lungs are healthy, but doing 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups will wear them out. Don't run, but try walking instead. Nice and slow walks will be good for your entire body and your lungs in particular. However, if it hurts for you to breathe, you should see a doctor. Yeah, also ask the doctor what exercise is good for you. 50 push-ups may be too much. See what the doctor says.
