What happens if you do too many lunges?!
Question: What happens if you do too many lunges!?
I was advised to do 10 lunges every other day!. I am already quite slim but I want to tone and define my rear and legs!. I feel like this is not working as effectively if I were to do more everyday instead of every other day!. Can someone explain why they say you shouldn't do these every day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can DEFINITELY do more than 10- try 3 sets of 10!.!.!.I do 50 every other day!.!.sometimes more!.
Your muscles need time in between to heal when you "tear" them!. If you do them right, you should feel the growth!.!.!.try adding weights in your hands, it will be a little more difficult!.!. and will work better!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
