Help with my body?

ok so my abs are not the greatest anymore but my gf loves abs. my problem is on my left side i have three very defined abs and on the right it looks like my abs are not in the same spot as on the left. it looks like they are offset?what can i do to get my abs ripped again? especially the right side considering my body is very awkward and looks like my abs are in the wrong place haha. also best way to tone the lower abs?


Answers:

lay on ur back and put one ankle on one knee. (the knee is in a sitting positioni only lying down) do a sort of crunch touching the elbo to the opposite knee. )right shoulder to left knee etc.
