Exercises you can do at home? without buying anything? just using what you have !


Question: Exercises you can do at home!? without buying anything!? just using what you have at hand!?
i need more arobic and also toning exercises i can do at home, problem is i dont have any weights or any workout machines, or even workout dvds!.
i need ideas for safe exercises that i can do at home like maybe doing arm curles with a can of soup or something like that for example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i can tell you but it may be a lil long then you did ask!. if you dont understand the names of the excercises then ask me by msger!.
do stretches whatever helps your body
do a plank,
lower yourself down as if your doing a push up
then lift only your top so your legs are on the ground your chest up
do another plank then do downward dog!.!.which is you making your body like an arrow pointing your but high in the air do it 8 times
then stand up with knees up
kinda march in place knees high for about 30 secs then switch to your legs out knees points to the side then switch again knees up and bring your opposite elbow to your knee!.!.!.30 sec each time!.!.!.!.!.ok this is way to long!. if your interested!. just mail me maybe i can somehow get you the workout dvd i useWww@Answer-Health@Com

i could easily tell you!.!.!. but knowing 99!.999999999999% i train who come up with excuses for not going to the gym ("i have to take care of my kids", "i don't have time", "my dad won't let me", "my head suddenly hurts evertime i'm in a gym"!.!.!.etc), you can do it easily at home, but still, you'd say "it's too much!.!.!. it's too tiring!.!.!. i want to go on the green tea diet where i just walk for 20 minutes every day"!.!.!.

do some plyometrics!.!.!.
explosive pushups

"i don't have time!.!. i need a 7 minute workout"
"it hurts my knees"
"my head hurts"

Try walking up/down the stairs in your house if you have them!.!.that burns around 600 calories an hour!.
or try running/jogging or even walking around your garden for an hour or more a day for say 6 days a week!.

Oh! I know! I used to read these teen mags, i forgot which ones, but, try DOLLY or GIRLFRIEND, in those mags, they teach you how to do streches and excerise and stuff at home!. all you need is- yourself and maybe a friend!. Or, you could walk the dog!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
