I want to lose weight so what should I eat for breakfast??

Also I am only 11 so no pills!

1 cup of a healthy cereal (you should try KASHI, their organic with a lot of filling nutrients! try their GO LEAN cereal collection) with fat free milk, a piece of fruit (like a banana). And try to get accustomed to the taste of Green Tea, the Lipton tea bag kind is good. You should have one tea bag per cup... my glass is tall i measured it to be 2 cups so now i use 2 tea bags!
