ok i am really sensitive about my weight!.!.!.

i am very over weight i am 14 years old and i weight 250 pounds i know its not normal i need really good tips on loosing weight what is easy and will shead pound like no problem!.!.!. HELP!!!!!!

kids tease me and i want to get fit for swimming this summer!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know what ignore everyone who makes fun of you, people have no life, and if someone was truly secure with themself they wouldn't make fun of anybody!. Please don't listen to anybody that tells you to starve yourself or throw up your food (they're idiot) If you're absolutely serious about losing weight and you think you have the will power then do EXACLTY what this says and you will be losing about 40 pounds a month!.

First of all you NEED to do AT LEAST 30 min of cardio a day start off with some brisk walking then work your way up to jogging, next follow this meal plan!.

BREAKFAST:

Two hard boiled eggs OR one piece of brown toast OR four table spoons of fava beans ( any of these choices eaten with two cucumbers)

LUNCH:
(Drink 15 min before lunch and you can't drink anything for at least an hour after lunch)
Steak OR Fish Fillet OR Chicken breast ( no bigger than the size of your open hand ) OR a can of tuna WITHOUT OIL (any or these choices can be eaten with either a green salad with no dressing or boiled vegtables)


SNACK:
One orange OR one apple OR one tangerene


DINNER:

A cup of low fat or non-fat yoghurt with one piece of brown bread toast


You can only eat what is written here if you feel hungry you can have lettuce, cucumbers or carrots (as much as you want)

Also you CAN'T have potatoes, corn, peas, or ulkra ( I know they're vegtables but they are loaded with calories and you therefore can not eat them) You can have one can of diet coke a day and you need to drink at least four cups of water a day

Trust me this diet works I know ALOT of people that tried it

talk to your doctor about what is best because your weight could effect your heart, blood pressure ete!.

So walk, jog, run, and steps are really good try doing around 50 curl ups,
50 sit ups,
20 push ups,
PUSH UPS are hard i cant do more then 3 with out having them modfinded, so bend your knees and do them that way!.

walk as much as you can, i know that going to a gym when you are the weight that you are is not easy cause there are always those little miss nothings every where but just try and go to one and listen to a ipod or mp3 or any kind of musice when you are there!.

Work out and eat rite

first of all: ignore the kids who tease you!.
second of all: don't get too hung up on your weight or you may get ill!.

Make sure you eat healthily!. i know it sounds obvious but get your 5 fruit and veg a day!.
Also you can do little things like go for a walk every day after school (if you have the time! i am also 14 and i know that teachers will be piling on the work right now)
Also get involved in some sport activities out of school!. My friend does kickboxing every week and it really helps you loose weight and you get really toned legs!

Lastly, don't worry about your wieght too much!. the kids who tease you only do because they have no life!.

if you want to lose weight make yourself throw up after meals cause then you get all the nutrients you need but without the fat!.

and by the way good luck in losing the 150 pounds you need to lose and it will take a few years not a few months to get to normal weight!.

please please please, do not throw up after yuo eat that is very unhealthy to do and don't starve yourself!. try eating smaller portions and really think about if yuo are full b/c alot of people just eat when they are bored, so i decided to go on a walk when i get bored!. and don't get too disappointed if you don't lose weight right away!. also try to drink lots of water and get those veggies and fruits in!. i know the world says that you have to a certain weight to be cool and all, but that's not true, beauty coems from the inside out, b/c who wants to date a pretty brat- i think someone would rather go with a over weight nice girl!. you know!. and all those peole who posted mean answers sorry and ignore them!!! they are shallow and don't know what they are talking about!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please dont listen to those other answers!. As you can see they dont have a heart!. I would suggest some light walking nothing too over the top to start out with!. Or you could try some dancing if you enjoy that!. You work your whole body that way and to tell you the truth I lost 20 pounds in a month by dancing every day in my room!. Just find some good songs with a beat!. Also cut back on the high fat and calorie foods and eat more fruits and vegetables!. I wouldnt suggest calorie counting as you can get too paranoid about it!. see adoctor about your wieght they can help you find a healthy way to do it dont throw up after meals thats very unhealthy and keep your mind focused set llittle goals um its going to be really hard to get fit by summer it will probably take time but keep hope and keep tryingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy food for 6 days straight than have a cheat day!.

Well, I'm not a girl but hopefully that wont stop you from reading my post!.

First of all, that's not normal at all!. How did you get that way!? The reason I start with this is because maybe you should see a doctor to determine if there are any health issues!. Sometimes an underactive thyroid gland will cause weight gain like that!. Get yourself checked out first!.

Second, you need to educate yourself on what to do!. I noticed you stated you want something easy that will shed pounds no problem!. Well, that depends on your definition of "easy" and "no problem"!. The trouble is that it's going to require a lifelong change of lifestyle from you!. You obviously can't continue doing what you're doing and expect different results!. That's the definition of insanity!. However, if you're willing to work at it and learn about what's going on, there are ways to lose weight and keep it off!.

Below is a link to an Ebook and an online community!. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend you purchase his book and check out his community!. It will teach you the best/easiest way to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life and I promise you will never be hungry while doing it!. This book here is considered by people in the fitness world as "the weightloss bible"!. If you want to learn how to lose weight as fast as is healthy and keep it off for the rest of your life, read it, learn it, do it!.

I hesitate to tell you about this, but there is a natural injection out there called HGC that is available from some holistic people!. It's an "alternative medicine"!. You'll have to do your own research on that to find out everything about it!. I recommend the above book!.

In the mean time, you're going to have to start exercising!. I recommend getting a personal trainer to start with, they'll push you but know how far they can before it becomes bad and they'll be able to get you into shape faster!.
