Hunger issues??!?!


Question: Hunger issues!?!?!!?
Ok, i need somebody's help whether you are a professional or have personal experience, but i am always hungry all the time! like whenever i eat, i eat snacks like pretzels and granola bars and tons of fruit, so its all healthy stuff, but i need help bc im started to pack on a few pounds!. I think i may b addicted to food

I drink lots of water and chew gum they say that cinimmon gun fights craving the best but I hate it so I chewy mint!
IT seems to work because I am not thinkin about food!. the water keeps me from wanting to eat!. If the water gets flavorless I put in a crystal light pack or drink a gatorage (the new g2 gatorade is really good)

you shouldnt "snack"!.!.you should eat periodically BUT, in smaller portions rather than a full meal!.!.!.however, the overall amount you eat should still be the same!.!.so basically, you should eat 6times a day instead of the usual 3!.!.this would give you a constant supply of energy!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try this method its healthy and it helps to minimize hunger and its full of nutrients it works for me
