Are you a guy or a girl!? BAsically what you've experienced is called growth spurt and it is really common during puberty/adolescence!. Why am i asking wether you're a girl or a boy!? If you're a girl, maybe you've stopped/ slowed growing becauce you already have menstruation!. Menstruation signals the epiphysis (sort of gates) of the long bones (arms, legs) of your body to close, therefore not allowing the growth hormone to do its work!. And if you're a guy, well dont worry!. Guys keep on growing until they're 21 (at least that's what the book says)!.!.!.0_0 And there are a couple of reasons why you've slowed/stopped growing!. It could be your genetic background, or it could be defficient nutritional intake!. For the former, we realy cant do anything about that!.!.but for the latter, i suggest eating more foods rich in protein, and consuming calcium and vitamin D -rich foods!.!.!.and dont forget all the other nutrients that could not only help you grow tall, but strong too!.!.!.=)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know that is a posibility, maybe you're not growing any taller but probebly i still think your growing probebly u grew a centimeter or so and maybe u didn't see it lol ask your parents or someone to measure your height! by the way i'm 12 years old and thought that sometime i wasn't growing but acctually i was measuring incorrectly lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com
