well its pretty simple, firstly you must eat healthy!. no more junk food!. and also you should eat lots of protein stuff such as eggs,meats etc!. it should natrually come if you do a bit of exercise but if you want it to come quicker just do sit ups until your abs hurt then push yourself to do more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just started to really try to get a six pack!. I do 200-300 regular sit-ups every other day and for extra resistence I use weights!. Just hold them across your chest as you crunch!. You can try doing six inches and bicycles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do the P90x everyday for 3 weeks and youll have a six pack!. The fastest way, if you dont want to buy the dvd of the p90x look it up on youtube, they have all the lessons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
