How do you measure your thighs?!


Question: How do you measure your thighs!?
do you wrap a measuring tape around both at a time, or just one!? in the middle or at the top!?

Thigh measurements are usually made on the "Bikini" line, one thigh only needs to be measured unless there is a great difference!. Your measurements put you in the normal BMI range so no worries there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just one, in the middle!. you should also measure the gap between your thighs with your feet together, standing up
