Question: How many calories a day should a 16 year old girl burn!?
Im around 150 pounds and im 5 foot 10 inches!.

I run like 20 minutes 6 times a week everyday, and i've just been weighing more on the scale!. Should i eat less!? Exersise more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Knwo that mussle does not weigh more than fat!. if you had a single POUND of mussle, and a single POUND of fat, which one is going to weigh more!? neither!.!.!.they both weigh a single POUND!. get it!? Okay its just that mussle is more compacted to gether and fat is like pudding!. It takes more mussle to fill a particular space while it takes less fat to fill the same amount of space!.

The scale might be increasing because the size of your mussels are growing!. Its a good thing dont worry!. Why do you think those huge body builders wigh so much, but have hardly any fat!? That all depends on genetics!. If you're gaining weight, than something needs to change!. Not necessarily just how much you eat, but what you eat is important!. Try running for a longer period of time when you run!. I know running 6 times a week is tough, and probably not the best thing in the world for your body, so changing it up a bit would be a good idea, and adding in weight training!. On average, girls your age should be taking in about 1700 Cal a day, but that is just a number to start from, and doesn't necessarily reflect what you require!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, do NOT eat less!. Eating less won't make you lose weight, it acctually makes you GAIN weight!. Don't go on those crazy diets!. Stay off the sweets for a bit and eat more fruits and veggies!. Eat something dark green and something orange every day!. Running for 20 minutes should be fine!. You don't need to excercise more!. When you sweat, make sure you drink lots of water and re-hydrate yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should burn a minimum of 1800 calories per day!. this number increases with physical activity [walking, going to school, etc!.] your increased weight is probably a result of you building leg muscles from running because muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quit eating potatoes and pizza all the time and junk food!. Drink water or diet soda!. Pop is so loaded with sugar!. Your weight seems about normal for your hieght!. Maybe 5 lbs over!. Eat what ever you want one day a week to reward yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
