I want to lose weight, what is the most effective exercise there is??
I've already lost about 15.5 pounds, but want to lose more. What I'm losing this weight for is in a little under 3 weeks. Does anybody have any suggestions that will help me lose about 6-10 pounds in that time. I know you're only supposed to lose 1-2 pounds per week, but by any chance is there any "loop-hole" around that??

Running, walking, and swimming are the best exercises. Running is cardio, strengthins your heart and burns fat. Walking Strenghtins your heart and also burns fat, but not as fast as running. Swimming is good for building muscle. 1/2 and hour reps of these each day would be sufficient.
