Question:
Will this muscle building routine work?
(please read all)
tuesday, friday
bench press
upright rows
bent over rows
bicep curls
kickbacks
forearms
Wednesday, Saturday
squats
standing calf raises
deadlifts
crunches
leg raises
By doing upper body on only tuesday and friday, am i working it out enough?????
Answers:
i would add in some more upperbody, maybe only 1 more day a week.
otherwise it sounds pretty good,
i would also add in some sort of running/jogging. i think you will find even more of a difference in the way your muscles will look if you do!
