I need advice please...?
i'm away from home and for the past couple days access to healthy food like fruit has been very difficult. i've done a lot of walking each day, and either a bikeride or 30 minutes of tennis each day, but i've eaten a lot. i'm a really healthy eater but there's been nothing availible to me- and i dont have a scale but i'm scared i've gained weight over the past 3 days. i go home tomorrow- should i weigh myself straight away or just give myself some time to get back into my regular routine?
what should i do?! please help!!!

Don't weigh yourself right away...if you can stand to wait, give yourself a week.
Once you get home, drink tons and tons of water. Chances are you gained a lot of water weight, because travel (especially by plane) dehydrates you. Also, if you've been eating out a lot, chance are that you've eaten more salt than usual. You're probably feeling bloated and that's making you feel you've gained weight.
Once the week is up, you'll feel lots better and you won't freak out when you see the scale. Chances are good that you didn't gain a thing!
