Answers:
WORK A HALF HOUR LONGER, BUT SLACK OFF AND NOT WORK OUT HARD OR FAST, GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS WITHOUT SWEAT OR SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR FINAL 1/2 HOUR TO MOTION WITHOUT STRENGTH!. A SLOW DOWN MODE!. IF YOUR A RUNNER THEN SLOW DOWN ON THE LAST 1/2 HOUR, SO YOUR NOT TIRED!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay what your doing wrong is working out to much!. You dont need to work out 7 days a week!. It is just as important to have rest days than it is to work out!. You must have a rest day in there atleast once a week!. If you want an energy booster go to your local GNC or any nutrition center and buy some energy pills they all work pretty well I have used red line and those gave me lots of energy for working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend drinking a LOT of water, and make sure you SLEEP WELL!!!! not getting enough REM sleep makes people tired!. Also, maybe you should take a cool down day where you don't push yourself, maybe do this a couple times a week so you don't tire yourself out!. good luck ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

CLIF bars are amazing!.!.!.energy bars that taste like cookies but not as sweet and healthy for you!. I think you shouldn't work out 6-7 days in a row!. that's too much!. decrease it to 3-4 times a week!. your muscles need to rebuild- they need a break after all that running and stretching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are tired because your body is tired! 3 hours of hard exercise daily will make anyone feel tired!. If you need/want to continue losing weight at the rate you have been lower the amount of exercise you do and cut your caloric intake to match!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should rest, trying to make the muscles endure more causes them to do harm rather then good to the body!. the body replaces the muscles you damaged with stronger ones if you make them anymore tense your muscles will rupture!. anyways feeling sore and tired means your doing really good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you might be over doing the workouts big time!!! You shouldn't be doing both the Pilate's and the jogging everyday!
You could try to alternate the Pilate's one day and then the jogging another, and take Wednesday off all together from the exercising! Its too much!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're probably overdoing it!. instead of 6 or 7 consecutive days, try a less strenuous routine, like mon, wed & sat!. keep the days regular, and slowly increase the amount of exercise you take in!. slow and steady is the key to successful weight loss!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try resting!. Since your body is worked out everyday, is not getting any recovery period!. It's what you get from the recovery period that'll give you the energy towards the next workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink a red bull 1/2 before a work out!. I workout everyday at 11AM and then eat lunch!. If red bull becomes to costly, drink a cup of coffee and then drink water during the work out!. It has been great for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to take a break!. You ARE OVER-Training!. You'll get better result working out less!. This is counter intuitive, but you need to rest between workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jog for 1 1/2 hours and do pilates for a half and you'll be fit pretty quickly and not so tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not eating properly!. That is the only answer!.

This is what I do!.!.!. 6 frozen strawberries, 5 pineapple chunks, 1 cup of blue berries ( all frozen cause of where i live) thawed for 40 seconds in micro then add scoop of ISOPURE and just enough milk to cover fruit, 4 scoops of chia seeds and 3 tsp of black strap molasses and a scoop of wheat germ!. Mix with hand blender!.

Its not fattening at all and will reload your muscles!. Read my YA profile for more info about IRON which I think the lack of is your problem!. Your get up and go has done got up and left!. "about me" section is where to read!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're working out three hours a day!? If that's the case, that's where your problem is! You're working out too much!. You need to cut back!. You don't have to cut down the number of days you work out, just the amount of time you work out each day!. I work out for about an hour to an hour and a half, three to four days a week and I never feel tired!.

The running is fine, although you should probably not do it every day!. Try swapping your workouts!. By doing the same workouts every day, your body will only plateau, and you'll stop feeling any bit of accomplishments, and you won't lose any more weight!. Try jogging every other day, and doing the yoga/pilates on the off days!. Or switch it up and do some other cardio once or twice a week, and don't forget to add in resistance training to help build your muscles!.

I don't like energy drinks or energy boosters!. They either taste gross or make me feel jumpy!. To help reenergize after a workout, I like to snack on a granola bar or some fruit, with the occasional smoothie!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should probably be resting 2 days a week, or at least going lightly then!. It is good to let your body regenerate!. Also, you have to make sure you're getting a good amount of sleep: 7-8 hours at least!. And another thing that is important is to make sure you have a good diet!. You should try to eat a good variety of foods every day!. eat whole grains, protein, poly and monounsaturated fats, and yes lots of fruits and vegetables!. If you are working out a lot, maybe you are tired because you are not eating enough!. Just keep it heathy and you will NOT gain weight, I promise! I really really do NOT recommend energy boosters- they are all full of sugar and the ones that don't have sugar have caffeine or other chemicals (even natural chemicals) that are not good for weight loss, or not good for health in genearl!. Have a ligth workout day 2 times a week, sleep, and eat right!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
