How can I get thinner arms, thighs, waist, and flatter stomach?!


Question: How can I get thinner arms, thighs, waist, and flatter stomach!?
I'm not overweight and my arms aren't like insanely fat!. But I'd like thinner arms!. I'm going on a beach vacation in six weeks and I haven't voluntarily worn are bikini in three years, but I really want to this year!. I don't want twig arms, and I don't want muscley arms, not even a little!. I know I have to have SOME muscle, but I don't want to lift weights or anything!. I'd also like thinner thighs (including inner thighs) and a flatter stomach!. Same thing: no muscle wanted!. Here's my exercise routine:

Treadmill (25 minutes of fast walking, 20min break, 10 minutes of jogging, burns 300cal total)
50 crunches (2 sets of 25)
90 squats (3 sets of 30)
200 leg lifts (100 per leg)

Would that help!? What else could I do!?
