I want thighs like that!. They don't touch, they're slim but not rail thin, and they look healthy!.
This is my workout routine
Treadmill (25 minutes of fast walking, 20min break, 10 minutes of jogging, burns 300cal total)
50 crunches (2 sets of 25)
90 squats (3 sets of 30)
200 leg lifts (100 per leg)
I know there's no such thing as spot reducing, but will any of these help thin out my thighs!? I'm not over weight, I'm just average, but my thighs still touch a little and I hate it!. I'm going to be going on a beach vacation in six weeks!. What else can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you've got a great routine going and the fact that your dieting will help because the leaner you are the more muscle definition you'll have!. Add exercises that stretch that part of your thigh!. While you can't technically spot reduce, you can focus on that area, so any movement that stretches the inner thigh is good!. Think of things like side lunges, walking lunges, splits, sitting on the floor with your legs spread as wide as possible while you twist, touch your toes, bend to the side, etc!. Lifting your legs one at a time up high resting on a bar, counter, stair step, etc!. while you bend forward, sideways, etc!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
