Go to the gym when sore? Bad for you?
My legs and knees are kind of sore from running/elliptical and doing squats yesterday.. but I really hate missing out on a gym day! Should I try the elliptical even though my legs are hurting, or should I take a rest day? Is that bad to take a rest day? Will that hurt my weight loss? I do cardio everyday!

I went swimming instead! WOW! What a difference! I've been swimming my whole life I don't know why I didn't think to do that...
It stretched out my legs, and now they are sore in a good way not a painful way! And I threw in alot of upper body drills with the swim paddles and things.

Answers:
i pulled muscles in my legs a few days ago from running barefoot, so now when I go to the gym I swim instead of workout because it's less stressful on those muscles. Don't stress already-sore muscles.
