Eating huge amounts of vegetables & fruits ?!

Question:

Eating huge amounts of vegetables & fruits ?

I used to be overweight & I shed the extra weight sometime ago. Currently, I'm 5.9 feet & 156 pounds. I eat & exercise moderately. However, I still need to eat huge amounts of food. With every meal, I eat 3 or 4 pounds of raw vegetables & fruits to fill my hunger.

Calorie-wise, it's working fine but is this healthy?

Answers:

Yes. Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals, and you can usually eat as many as you want. As a bonus, certain vegetables, such as asparagus, actually have negative calories.
