I'm fourteen, 5'4, and i weigh 'round 175 hoow much weight should I lose???

I'm doing weightwatchers and I wanna know how much weight to lose. And if anybody does do weightwatchers how many points should I eat???


Answers:

If you're counting points, you should stay between 22-24 per day, but you can have an extra 35 points a week to use any way you like. You'll probably look and feel great if you lose about 30#. Make sure to do it the smart way, and avoid crash or fad diets. Walk, drink 8 glasses of water daily, eat those veggies! Good luck!
