Just quit eating for today!. Go to bed!. Tomorrow is a new day--you can eat normally and please try to eat healthy!. Five things people should eat/drink every day include: Green tea, dark leafy vegetables, skim milk or yogurt, nuts, and whole wheat products (besides some protein products)!. 5'5" and 125 lbs sounds perfect to me!. It wouldn't hurt to take a daily vitamin also!. 900 calories is not enough to consume on a daily basis as you will not only lose fat, but you will also lose your muscle as well!. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

900 calories is probably the dieting minimum - but don't go below that, because your body will eventually start thinking it's in starvation mode and your metabolism will gradually slow down!. Since you are at a healthy weight, I don't see the point of "dieting"!. Of course, keep the excercise, but if you're going to "diet", think to yourself: Can I do this for the rest of my life!? If the answer is no, you need to change your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have no understanding of metabolism, and that's concerning!. If you only eat 1200-1400 calories a day you shouldn't gain weight especially when you're 17!. Ask this question when you're 35, that's when it matters!. Weight gain is due to inactivity and consistently eating more calories than your body burns!. At the level you're at, there is no reason for you to gain weight!. Take it easy and enjoy life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound obsessed with your weight!. RELAX the stress of all this weight worry is worse than the fact you don't eat enough!.
I am pretty sure that it takes time for your metabolism to slow down, you run and watch what you eat, so you should be fine!. It is the people that skip breakfast and eat 3 lunches to make up for it that really have to worry!.
If you are really this concerned, talk to a nutritionist, ask about stuff like this and other "days off" the diet like a party or something and they will have a better idea of how to advise you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you worry too much about your calorie consumption and should just relax about it!. If you're fit and healthy I doubt 300 calories is going to mean anything either way so just eat healthy and exercise (but not excessively) and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you won't gain weight if you eat properly tomorrow!. Your body adjusts to the number of calories you are consuming only after about three days!. Just make sure that you are eating properly from now on, and youll be fine!

Hope your stress goes away!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat anymore now because eating after 6 pm will only turn it into fat!. Tomorrow just eat regularly and excersize regularly, nothing bad will happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why dont you keep your 1200-1400 cals and start walking instead of running!. High intensity cardio focuses more on glycogen depletion and not fat oxidation!. Your body prefers to utilize fat for fuel during low intensityWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry about calories!. 1200-1400 is fine but the key thing to remember is exersize!. The calories will be be burned anyway if you exersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it'll slow your metabolism down a little but i wouldn't worry about it

Your fine it would take a few days of consistently eating a dangerously low amount of calories for your body to go into starvation modeWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat unless your hungry,
You'll loose weight if you don't over eat!.
so next time you eat, dont over due it, and youll lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just slowly eat more calories each day Intel u get back to the normal calories u eat each dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

never eat that late!.but do eat at least 1200 everyday!.dr,s say under 1100cals!. is unsafe because u dont get vitamins below that!.im doing 1400cals also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One day does not hurt, it when you keep doing it day after day!. Just get back on track tomorrow and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I mean if your normally good with your diet and your no doing that everyday then you shold be fine kid!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you wont, don't worry, if u don't eat Ill die or become one of those Hollywood anorexics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're only 17 you don't need to be counting calories!.!.!. enjoy your metabolism while you still have oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yea!.!.!. what they said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm yes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, dear, you are young!. Some days you over-eat, some days you under-eat!. You do not (or should not) be counting calories at your age!. It's unhealthy to worry about something so minute!.

Your body has eaten something today, correct!? So it's not starving!. Calories are so minute and useless, especially at your age!. You will gain weight if you go on eating 900 calories a day for !. !. !. a year! And I know you can't be stressed 365 days a year!

You're not going to die!. Please, don't worry about calories or anything like that, not yet, you are at good standards with your body!. When you are in your twenties, worry about caclories if your doctor advises!. Your body doesn't depend on your thoughts!. In Mideval times, wemon were thin without worrying about calories!. Truth is, calories are useful as a wickless candle, a flash-light without batteries, et cetera!

I hope I helped you!. I suggest looking into a website for these myths and facts!. I think you'd be suprised how healthy you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com
