Healthy snack for 10pm..that won't make me gain weight...easy 10 points!! he!


Question: Healthy snack for 10pm!.!.that won't make me gain weight!.!.!.easy 10 points!! helpp!?
i've only had 900 calories due to a really stressful day!. I haven't been hungry at all all day!.!.but now I am!.
I normally eat between 1200-1400 calories and run 3 miles, crunches, pilates, and machines at the gym!. the machines i alternate on days!. i do this exercise 6 times a week!.

except today i only ran 1 mile because i was so stressed!.
i also normally never ever eat after 7pm, and its almost 10 pm now!. I just am really hungry!.!.!.is there anything i can eat that is substantial and wont make me gain weight the next day!?

-i have whole wheat tortillas
-reduced fat peanut butter
-pretzels
-lite fruit cups
-yogurt fat free
-granola bar 90 cal
and other stuff like that!.

or would it be best not to eat anything!? i could prboably last without eating anything else!.!.
im just hungry-ish!.

17, 5'5'', and 125 pds if that matters!.

peanut butter (loaded with protein)
and whole wheat tortilla (complex carbs will cause body to burn calories to break it down)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Celery!. Its not bad tasting, i actually love it!.
and its a negative calorie food as in you burn more calories while your eating it than what your putting in your system!.
