Low calorie snacks to bring to a theme park?!


Question: Low calorie snacks to bring to a theme park!?
I'm on a diet and I'm going to Disney World in a couple of days, and I can't find the calorie count for anything in Disney so I figured I'd just bring most of my own food!. What are some ideas of low calorie foods I can bring to snack on, like special K bars or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could try bringing a sandwich, they are low in caloriesl, especially if you leave off the cheese!.
they now sell small individual packs of Cheezits and other little snacks wich all have around 200 calories!. If you don't eat too many that would be good!. Any of your fruit and veggies would be good!.
Speaking as a totally objective third party with no personal intrest in the matter (lol) I think you shouldn't count calories tomorrow, just enjoy yourself, especially if you have been on a low calorie diet for a while, If you suddenly eat a lot of calories in one day your body will be fooled into thinking you will eat that many the next day too, therefore your body burns more calories and your metabolism speeds up, On a low cal!. diet it is recomended that you should pick one day to eat anything and everything guilt free!.

you can bring carrots!.!. any type of fruit or veggie that won't taste gross after a few hours sitting in the heat!.!. you can bring some almonds!.!. i eat almonds when i get hungry (just a palm full) they taste good and they get rid of cravings!.!. just plain almonds!.!. ya you can bring special K bars if you like!.!. you can also bring pretzels!.!.
