Weight issues at 10?!


Question: Weight issues at 10!?
Well im 80 pounds almost 5 feet but there are much heavier kids in my class but they all say their 75 or under and i know some of them are lying but i want a nice tucked stomach and not a chin and a half how do i do this in time for bikinee season!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with sit-ups, later you can add crunches!. sit down on the floor, put your feet under a couch or chair that is low to the floor, or put something heavy on your feet which must be firmly planted on the floor!. With bent knees, lay down, make sure your body is aligned correctly(straight), put your hands on your head!. Slowly lift your upper body up without moving your lower body!. Be careful, do it slow, and do it 15 times, 3 times a day or do 3 sessions!. Your belly will be sore the next day, but continue that until your belly won't hurt no longer!. Once you get to this point, you increase to 20, then to 25 and so on, until you do 50 sit-ups in one session!. After each session you need to stretch---lay down on the floor and pull your legs downwards and your arms upwards and count to 30!. That will make the muscles leaner in time!.

Crunches basically work like situps, the difference is that you have nothing to hold your feet!. You have to lift your upper body as high as possible, then go back down again, then go as high as possible again!. In time you might be able to do situps without anything holding your feet meaning you do both, the crunch and the situp at the same time!. I forgot to mention that you cannot go all the way down to the floor--you go as far as almost back down to the floor, then back up---and don't forget to stretch after each session!. Oh, and try to pull your stomach in while you do these exercises--you can breathe while your stomach is pulled in, it will take a little practice--so don't give up when it doesn't work out right from the start, just keep on doing it!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At age 10 i think i was about 75 pounds!. If you want a quick and easy way to loose five pounds by the end of the school year, then run around your neighbor hood for at least 45 minutes a day!. Remeber to drink ALOT of water, and eat 5-6 small portioned meals each day!. for example a small meal would be a ham and cheese sandwhich and an apple!. (If you want to be a little healthier, try turkey and swiss cheese on whole grain bread)!. For breakfast you could have some yogurt and some eggs!. Whole grain cereal is good!. You can also do some sit ups in your spare time to flatten your tummy!. As for your chin, dont worry about it!. your only 10 years old!?

you shouldn't be worrying about any ofthis stuff at all!. i guess you are learning this from mom and dad or older siblings and peers but it's wrong! other people are insecure about their size for their own reasons!. you don't have to follow suit!. and you haven't even hit puberty you don't need to be hot for anyone or have a tight stomach!.

you don't need to do anything!. all kids like you should be doing is joining sports teams like soccer for health!. ask your teacher if there is anyone you can talk to about your preoccupation with your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are 10 years old! and if you are almost 5 ft you are underweight hun! Most 10 year olds are around 4'7" so 75 pounds would be more reasonable!. but height has a great factor in weight!. The taller you are, the heavier you can be!. at 5ft than you can weigh 100 pounds and still be thin!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're normal, about same as me when i was 10!.
Now im 14: 5ft!. 9 inches ish!. 140 lbs!.
(muscles :p)

IF you do think your over weight,
do some jogging after dinner for about 30 minutes going around the block!. ;) It'll lose your weight and make you digest better~ lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

My daughter had the same problem, I gave her no soda or junk food, and only healthy foods for snacks and dinner to eat, such as fruit yougurt and vegtables, i limited the meat and gave more salads in the long run, so you might want to try that!. oh I also told her no ranch we all had vinegar and olive oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're 10, you don't sound 10, but why worry about your weight at that age!? You're still growing and probably still have some baby fat to lose!. And for the bikini, you are way too young to be wearing a bikini, don't you know what kind of sickos are out there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have a normal weight!. If you want to lose weight, try excersizing!. The best excersizing routine is dancing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
