Question: Am I fat for a 28 year old female!?
I'm 5 ft 1 in tall and weigh 170 pounds!. Don't exercise much, perhaps 3 times a month!. I wear a size 12 to 15 depending on brands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot of weight for someone only 5'1!. I think the normal weight range is 100-115 pounds for your height and age!. If you want to have a NICE body and be healthier, try to lose 30-40 pounds!. But play it smart, lose it gradual!. Eat right, exercise, get all your food groups, and drink a lot of water! Stick with it, exercise in combination with a cut down in food intake will make your diet very successful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say it depends on your lean mass but since you dont work out I am going to say you are obese!.
Start exercising more!. Remember, exercising doesnt mean joining a gym or running 5 miles a day!. you could start by going for a 30 minute walk daily!.
