Question: Switching pills from weight loss to muscle gain!?
Im 213, lost 17 lbs with hydroxycut hardcore, and wanted to get to 200 before i switch to muscle gain!. Would you recommend doing it now with nanox9!? or waiting untill i hit 200Www@Answer-Health@Com

what you should do is take the weight gainer stuff first to build up the mass you want and then after that start working on getting cut with the fat burners!.!.!. remember mass does not equal fat!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your trying to lose wieght!.!.!.pills are an awful idea! They cause tons of problems for the body overtime!. I suggest:
eating-six light meals a day, lots of fiber, whole grains and wheat, protien (nuts), lean meats (fish), and lots of vegetables and fruits!. This will boost your metabolism so you burn more calories doing nothing!. Lay of the junk food a little bit!. Don't cut out all the bad food, just make sure you proportion it right and balance it amoung the other foods in your diet!.
exercise: really get into a good habit of exercising everyday!. work up to hour work outs!. The excuse of not having time or being too tired doesn't work, everyone has some time, and you can find the energy!. Exercising makes you healthy and happy!.
Best exersice: long distance running, really build up to gradually ( 1 mile, 2 mile!.!.!.!.!.ect!.), it will be hard and painful for the first week or two, but if you stick with it you will be addicted and it will help you live a long healthy life!.

i agree that pills are horrible!. if you want to raise your matabolism then exercise more and make sure you eat food early in the morning when you wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
