Question: I need to loose wieght quick!?
ok i need to loose 15 pounds before june 7 which is gradution i know its not gonna happen but if i cut out all bread pasta rice and all that bad stuff plus exercise how much will i looseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different!. Get rid of all fried foods, fast food, pop, drink more water, start walking fast (run if your body can handle it), dance around the house (may look silly but it burns calories)!.

watch the sodium intake!.!.salt makes you retain water!.!.also drink lots of water!.!.at least two quarts a day!.!.especially in the morning drink the first thing a warm glass of water with lemon juice in it!.!.about a table spoon!.!.and also apple cider vine-agar and water!.!.green tea is excellent and the oolong tea is just as good as that "Miracle Chinese Secret tea"
make sure your colon is working !.!.keep up taking veggies like celery and cuccumbers!.!.tomatoes!.!.veggies are diuretic and release water!.!.calcium is good for stress and bones!.!.
avoid excessive caffeine and cut the sugar and exercise a lot in the morning noon or night!.!.but don't over do it !.!.pace yourself!.!.keep active and don't sleep too much but do get eight hours and don't stress out!.!.as this is not good and avoid most alcohol!.!.it makes you want to eat and of course no wacky tobacco!.!.lol!.!.munchies!.!.
don't starve yourself as this will slow down your metabolism and make weight loss harder!.!.better to eat six small meals a day!.!.to stoke up your fat burning machine!.!.
hmmm!.!.well you will get a lot of advice!.!.i have been doing this for years!.!.lol!.!.but is does not get any easier as veggies should be made to taste like Pizza or lasagna!.!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanna do it, try my diet!. I just lost 6 pounds in 5 days!.
It's a 900 cal per day diet consisting of 1 cup of soy beans, 6 prunes, about 1 or 2 eggs a day, no meat besides fish, veggies, some fruits!. Heres what my day usually is!.!.
Breakfast- 2 WW toasts (160 cals) Special k bar (90)

Lunch- 5 pieces of ham (50 cals)
one apple (80)

Snacks, soy beans, some prunes, salad, 1 tbsp peanut butter,

Dinner- tuna and salad (100 cals)

desert yogurt (80 cals)

grapefruit juice and oatmeal thats 120 cals!.

also do at least 1 hr of cardio

you should't cut out carbs!.
you would lose quite a bit of weight but all of the nutrition that it gives you as well!.


i would recommend going on the Special K diet!.
you can lose up to 6 pounds in two weeks!.
