What is the best possible physique realistically without weights?!

Question: What is the best possible physique realistically without weights!?
I train in martial arts 2x a week!. I run 2-3 times per week!. I am a vegetarian!. For the last few months Ive taken a protein shake with a fruit smoothie each day as well!. I am around 11% body fat!. I'd like to be slightly more toned and defined but I am not into using weights!. I like working away from the gym its just a personal preference!. Any useful feedback would be appreciated!. What is the best result from this realistically!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I don't like weights or gyms, and I get bored quickly!.!.!.so I used to simply do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups (and as many position variations on those three that I could think of) to the point of muscle exhaustion while watching TV at home (or trying to watch, anyway)!. Pull-ups were great exercise, and hanging and bringing your knees up, too!.

I used to bicycle for my legs and cardio, using a gear that would give me slightly more resistance!. I would bike with friends to make it more fun and keep me honest!. I really got into it one year, and averaged about 150-250 miles a week!.!.!.my legs felt like steel and I loved it!.

I also used to play racquetball, swim and go rock-climbing ("bouldering" actually) with friends, too!. Have you tried rock-climbing!? That really gives your muscles an intense workout and they have to respond/adapt really quickly!.

I say "used to," because I got lazy after I got a serious job and a serious relationship!.!.!.no more time or energy for excercise, haha! Boy, do I miss the days when girls would pretend they were hugging me or they had accidentally put their hand on my torso or arm, just to cop a feel!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

its very hard to gain muscle without weights but you can get very toned as long as you use the muscle you already have alotWww@Answer-Health@Com
